Our Training

Our Training

At Diamond Beauty Zone, we only teach Guild Accredited courses. We don't cram our classes. It's important to us that you receive the best quality training and leave feeling confident.

Please scroll down this page to read all of the information regarding the courses that we offer.

After booking onto one of our courses, the theory work must be completed first in your own time online. The theory part of your training is assessed online by the Beauty Guild directly. Once this part has been completed, you'll be supplied with a code in which you will then send to us.  Once we have confirmed that you have passed your theory aspect of the course, you then come into salon for your practical training.

As all of our courses are Guild Accredited, you must be a Guild member to undertake our courses. This fee is NOT included in the following course prices so please bear this in mind when booking a course with us. A 3 month Student Guild membership is £25 incl VAT. A full Guild annual membership is £95 incl VAT. This is paid directly to the Beauty Guild before beginning the theory section of the course.

How do I book?

To book onto one of our courses, you will need to contact us directly. You can contact us on facebook, email or by phone. Emma will be happy to help you.

Your place on one of our courses is only confirmed once the full payment as been made.

Kits must also be ordered and paid in full prior to your practical training day.

How do I pay?

You can pay your course by Paypal, bank transfer or by phone. You can also pay in salon (if you live locally).

What happens if I need to cancel?

Any courses that are cancelled or transferred within 48 hours of the course date will not receive a refund of the total course cost. This also applies to 'no shows'.

Any courses that are cancelled or transferred within 3-14 days of the course date will receive a 25% refund of the total course cost.

Any courses that are cancelled or transferred with 14 days notice or more will receive a 50% refund of the total course cost.

What should I wear and what do I need to bring?

Please wear salon attire. If this is not possible, then please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Please bare in mind that you are in a working salon using products that may stain so wear something that can be replaced if soiled.

You will not require to bring any models with you, these will be provided on the day.

What happens if I don't feel confident after my training?

If you feel you are struggling or if the tutor feels that you may not have met the required standard to
successfully complete the practical aspects, then you can join the next available training day at no extra cost.
